The representatives of the RA Human Rights Defender visited Shant Harutyunyan at Vardashen penitentiary institution. A private interview took place.
Shant Harutyunyan presented all his considerations and issues, including the ones related to his release.
All these questions and their possible solutions are currently being studied by the Defender's Office. Based on the results, necessary steps will be taken within the Defender's mandate.
