The director of the limited liability company applied for the Human Rights Defender’s assistance to get planning permission on liquid gas filling station on his land located in Yerevan.
He informed that he had applied to Yerevan Municipality, however he had been told that the considerations of applications on named permissions were temporarily suspended.
Within the framework of the discussion procedure, an official letter was addressed to Yerevan Municipality. As a result, the Yerevan Municipality gave planning permission to the developer.
