The RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan together with his staff members visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial to commemorate the victims of the Armenian Genocide and dipped flowers at the eternal flame.
"The failure to condemn the Armenian Genocide and to properly assess this serious crime against humanity has led to other genocides." the Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan said to the reporters in Tsitsernakaberd.
The Defender emphasized that within his mandate, the issue of the recognition and condemnation of the Armenian Genocide, as well as the protection of the rights of victims of genocide and their descendants are constantly raised.
