In his application addressed to RA Human Rights Defender, a citizen asked the Defender to provide support concerning the confiscation of the freezing injunction within 30.000 AMD on his salary account.
He informed that as a result of not confiscating the amount of money set by the RA Compulsory Enforcement Service, he can’t use his other accounts.
The Human Rights Defender’s Rapid Response Department has found out that the instigated enforcement proceeding is subject to dismissal, consequently, the confiscation from the citizen’s salary should not be applied. As a result, the citizen has been able to get the entire salary.
