Ruben Ktchanyan, a resident of Nork social-care home, requested the Defender’s assistance in organizing a stent placing procedure free of charge.
During the visit to Nork social-care home, he informed the representatives of the Human Rights Defender that he has a health problem which required an urgent stenting of coronary vessels.
As a result of cooperation with the Ministry of Healthcare, the citizen went through a stent placing procedure.
