Today, on 15th January, the representatives of the Ombudsman are in Prison Hospital and Nubarashen penitentiary institutions. The purpose of the visits is to meet Armen Balyan, Smbat Barseghyan and Arayik Khandoyan and to examine their detention and health conditions.
