The Delegation headed by the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Ms. Dunja Mijatovic visited Tsitsernakaberd memorial accompanied by the Human Rights Defender Mr. Arman Tatoyan and Permanent Representative of Armenia to the Council of Europe Mr. Paruyr Hovhannisyan.
The members of the delegation laid flowers at the eternal fire and honored the memory of the innocent victims with a minute of silence.
They visited the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, got acquainted with the documents proving the Armenian Genocide and left a note in the Memory Book of Honorable Guests.
