RA Human Rights Defender’s ad hoc public report on fact-finding missions in borderline villages in Tavush province was published in English

With the aim of conducting fact-finding missions RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan and his staff members were in Baghanis, Voskevan, Voskepar and Koti borderline villages shelled by the Azerbaijani armed forces during April and June.

 

The missions were conducted in accordance with the principles accepted in the international practice. Interviews were held with the Heads of Villages, Chief of the Administrative District and civilians. Examinations related to the locality, publicly available information on the shootings, and other necessary examinations were also carried out.
