The RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan participates in the annual high-level meeting of the World Human Rights Institutions in Geneva.
On the first day of the event, Arman Tatoyan presented to the participants of the meeting the regulations of the RA constitutional law on " Human Rights Defender", as well as the new legal solutions aimed at increasing the level of the institutional impact of the Ombudsman's institution in Armenia. These changes were highlighted by international partners. The changes relating to the work with civil society organizations were also highlighted which.
Within the framework of the event, meetings are planned between Arman Tatoyan and a number of UN high-ranking officials, as well as with other Ombudsmen and heads of national human rights institutions.
