“No changes have been recorded in my working principles regardless of political changes in 2018,” the Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan said at the National Assembly while presenting the 2018 Annual Communication and Report, referring to a number of issues:
. High appreciation of the international organizations towards the Human Rights Defender’s work,
. Illegal activities by the police during April-May months
. The legitimacy of blocking streets and bridges,
. Detention practice,
. The issues with regard to penitentiary institutions and probation system,
. Ensuring the rights of our compatriots in Artsakh and cooperation with the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh.
