The events related to the detention of the Director of "Spayka" company are under the attention of the Human Rights Defender.
By the decision of the Defender, a discussion procedure has been initiated for the purpose of undertaking measures envisaged by law.
Respective written letter will be sent to the State Revenue Committee.
A visit to the penitentiary institution will also be paid to meet David Ghazaryan, the Director of "Spayka" company.
