Today Arman Tatoyan had a meeting with Maria Pavlova Tzotzorkova, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Armenia.
The Defender expressed his sincere congratulations on the occasion of appointment as an Ambassador and for the beginning of the diplomatic mission in Armenia. Arman Tatoyan highlighted the importance of such fruitful cooperation between Bulgaria and the Defender’s Office in the field of the protection and promotion of the human rights.
Within the meeting several priorities related to the human rights protection have been discussed, in particular awareness raising on human rights, capacity building of the Defender’s Office, as well as issues related to the protection of children’s rights.
At the end of the meeting the parties agreed to develop and expand the areas of mutual collaboration.
