On 23 September, during the elections of the Council of Elders of Yerevan, the Human Rights Defender’s Office has worked from the early morning.
A working group has been formed with a special task and conducts an independent monitoring.
The hotline operates 24-hours as well, through which legal aid is provided to citizens, and, if necessary, rapid response is carried out.

Complaints with regard to the realisation of electoral rights can be submitted to the Defender via 116 and (096) 116100 telephone numbers or through visiting the Defender’s Office.
