The Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan visited the RA second President Robert Kocharyan at Yerevan-Kentron penitentiary institution of the RA Ministry of Justice.
The Defender had a private interview with Robert Kocharyan, detention conditions were examined.
Immediately after the private interview, a number of issues were discussed with the administration of the penitentiary and were resolved.
Robert Kocharyan has not presented any complaints in respect of the treatment by the penitentiary servicemen.
Discussion proceedings have been initiated at the Defender’s Office aimed at undertaking necessary steps within the mandate prescribed by the law.
The Defender’s office is ready to fully cooperate also with the advocates of Robert Kocharyan.
